Itll always take at least five spells to doom your opponent, and the odd rules templating around the countdown does at least stop abuse from Vampire Hexmage and the like
at the end of the day who has more force wins each deck gets there force out differently every single deck is designed to give them more force then there opponent both sides rush and try to overwhelm the other
