While you might not think it, Carbink BREAKs measly 20 damage attack is something to worry about, because between Strong Energy, Fighting Stadium, Muscle Band, and the new Regirock-EX, it will be hitting for 40/60/80/90+ every turn, which can soften up some Pokemon for your main attackers to finish off, or even take some KOs if they cant get around Safeguard
At its peak, a few decks went so far as focusing exclusively on stalling the game with Mystic Mine and preventing the opponent from activating Monster effects and declaring attacks
