You put a creature card exiled with Sothera directly onto the battlefield with two additional +1/+1 counters

Either way, a 2/2 for three that can bounce any dork when it comes into play is great although not quite great enough for two copies with the three slot being a very contested slot for blue guys

Alternatively, you can play a little more politically and strike up a deal, offering those cards to someone instead of forcing the issue
