The Chaos Incarnate deck is themed around Rakdos (black/red) cards and uses Kardur, Doomscourge as a commander to wreak chaos all around the battlefield and force your opponents to attack each other

Terrible jokes aside, the ceiling on the 0 activated ability is immense, especially if you can work out something with Displacer Kitten or The Chain Veil to add a bunch of mana from Chandra in the same turn
Oh sure, theres the occasional Jaces Sanctum plus Days Undoing deck, but the archetype as a whole never puts up results in Standard or Modern (or gods forfend, Legacy)
Its almost never dead a card, as theres often a value creature to bring back or an opposing creature to kill or shrink
There are general sweepers like Earthquake and then there are pieces of general removal like reprints of Banishing Light and good old Swords to Ploughshares
