Final Thoughts This is an excellent spell to use on creatures that have far more power than toughness like the Ball Lightning since theyre likely gonna die after attacking anyways
nobu_the_bard on 10 years ago Donate + Illusions of Grandeur is alright, but it is a limited combo to employ in a deck where neither of those cards have much utility outside of the combo, particularly for only draining 20 life
If a set fails to meet sales expectations to the point that Wizards has to underprint boxes, the best cards in it will likely be worth more due to demand issues
However, LP copies can be found for as low as six dollars in some cases, leaving some room to save if the condition isn't a factor
