It could be strong in the right deck, but Id want like 4+ White Mage's Staffs + several other enablers
It has great sac outlets and some strong payoff cards as well
Further, I like that it encourages you to play creatures with flash to get more out of its first ability, and I love that it punishes players who play too much on other peoples turns
