Blizzard Brawl is an objectively better version of Prey Upon, and any deck with enough snow permanents will make it shine brightly
Real 1st ed base cards will have larger borders than your cards have
Creatures like Offender at Large, Essence of Antiquity, and Vengeful Creeper will punish you for guessing wrong
Of course, this card goes best in decks that want to disavow the one land per turn limitation via cards such as Uro, Exploration, Azusa, Risen Reef, or any other land-ramping cards that run rampant through Commander
It also shuts down search effects for everyone but you, without any of the nasty tricks that can be pulled with the likes of an Opposition AgentOpposition Agent
The redirect scenario allows you to take control of your targeted spell similarly to how other cards like Commandeer do, but Invert Polarity also hits creature spells if you want to steal something
