The rule states that players can't have more than one legendary creature with the same name, and if they do, they must choose one to keep and sacrifice the rest

If a permanent you control would enter with a number of +1/+1 counters on it, it enters with that many plus one instead

cards in your play area horizontal, and then play the card from your hand

Another thing I wondered was whether our commander would end up being totally energy-centric, or something that could reasonably see play in other archetypes

As such, Im of the opinion that hes probably best used in a deck focused around dealing direct damage and cards such as Curiosity

If there is only one character in play can I just return that one character, or do both my opponent and I have to have a character in play for this to go off
