Well of Lost Dreams Drawing cards and gaining life are unconnected effects at first glance, but they both share a tempo-negative nature: You spend resources to manipulate your hand or your life total, rather than your board
Youll notice that theres no limit to the number of times this can trigger per turn, so if you have tons of mana which you should as an Elf deck you can likely have this pop multiple times in a turn
The whole theme of the card is about taking away all the opponents favorite toys (their planeswalkers), which the design wonderfully realises without being too oppressive in how it happens
But, like I say about all these cards, the most valuable thing they can do is trigger your Reckless Fireweaver and Marionette Master a million times
Because of that, this the deck runs Teferi's Protection and Heroic Intervention
If a spell or ability lets an opponent cast a spell as part of its effect (such as suspend and rebound do), that opponent can't cast that spell since the resolving ability is still on the stack
