You can see how many people are involved in every single step, different voices chiming in on messages asking for tiny tweaks, or how a particular design can receive OKs from most, but still get rejected by one department
Untapping two permanents for two mana doesnt sound particularly impressive, but when you have a land that taps for three mana out it suddenly gets very spicy indeed
