The reason I have picked out Rakdos Charm is that it does two niche things while still having some more general applications
Kotis pairs beautifully with cards that boost power like Death Baron, since the more damage it deals, the more cards you get to steal
Amethyst players have had the ability to manipulate the top card of their deck since The First Chapter - for example, with Yzma, Alchemist the player is able to look at and put the top card of their deck onto the bottom after questing if youre not a fan of what youre set to be drawing next
The set also brings back the Detective creature type that was just brought in with MTG Doctor Who
Of these eight cards two are considered uncommons and six commons
