Its an absurdly powerful card, and one that will improve nearly every Green Commander deck going
If a replacement effect allows a player to modify or replace an event by untapping a creature that can't become untapped due to the effect of Spider-Woman's last ability, that player may apply that replacement effect, but the creature won't untap
The only situation where this card isnt recommended is if you arent looking to win via infinite combos, which can be a valid restriction to impose, depending on your playgroups power level
