Able to deal with virtually any problem, Capsize couldn't be dealt with through conventional means (you'd usually have to kill your own creature to have a chance of fizzling Capsize)
So yes, its about 5-10 times easier to get a nonfoil, and 2-3 times easier to get a foil, depending on if the card would be rare or uncommon
So wed highly recommend not going much beyond 600 cards in this binder which is still a considerable amount
