The main thing that holds it back from being higher on the list is that it doesnt necessarily end the game itself

If the black ink has a fuzzy edge or is made with rosettes, it's fake

Im sure this has some kind of broken Thassa's Oracle possibilities in cEDH, and Im sure youll get better use out of it than your opponent in your Pia Nalaar, Consul of Revival deck, and Im also sure someones gonna use this with Drannith Magistrate to ruin your life, but I dont see this making it in most decks
