This is a neat design from The Big Score , and an interesting way to cheat big permanents into play
The catch here is that you need a creature to die in order to make use of the card, but thats not too hard to arrange
My own tournament is heavily based on their setup
Being a stage 2 Pokmon means that it requires a little more of a setup and can take longer to get into play, but when it does, the results are spectacular
