14 Magic: The Gathering cards per booster 14 cards of rarity Rare or higher 36 Uncommon cards 69 Common cards 1 Land card
We follow the Doctor and their companions as they travel in the Tardis through time and space on adventures, usually taking down an evil villain/monster or saving the day
Its not as egregious as other card draw or counters engines, meaning it earns bonus under-the-radar points, too
When it eventually dies, you can move those counters onto another creature before shuffling it back into your deckensuring those counters never go to waste
