The problem isn't the person handing out the card it's the format

If this card attacked a face-down Defense Position monster, at the start of the Damage Step: You can destroy that face-down monster

As a deck, as you may have guessed from its name, it's all about counters and spreading them across all of your creatures

This is a major combo that basically makes the Living End and Rhinos decks playable

Often this means a lower score for cards with great potential in a highly synergistic deck

It lacks the target text on the bottom, which is bank, but thats a lot of surveilling, which is way better than a lot of scrying
