Considering this card should at minimum see a decent amount of Commander play, we felt that giving this card a speculative spot at number three in our rankings was appropriate

Another situation where this card will shine is where you have lots of other powerful draw effects, due to the lands rations you need to play in decks to get off the ground you will find most of the time that if you are drawing a lot of cards you will wind up with a lot of excess lands in hand
At the time we went to press, there were still unpreviewed new cards in these decks which are also in the main set, so not mentioning them isnt an oversight
