Hanged Executioner is simple and effective

It tends to be the kind of thing youd normally find on a spell, and it makes the creatures a little more versatile, especially if you can utilise it a couple of times

It's also, I think, one of the longest-banned cards in the game, but I can't be arsed to read that long-ass text
