This unassuming two-mana enchantment not only offers the same baseline effect as Felothar, but with the added ability to pay three mana and give creatures you control +0/+1 until end of turn thus making their toughness even larger and inching you closer to Betors biggest payoff of draining each opponent for half their life total, if creatures you control have total toughness 40 or greater
After those few premium one drop cards you tend to look to the 2 mana options rather than weaker one mana ones as they simply do not do an effective enough job
Fortunate Few [Dragon deck]: That's a pretty sweet board wipe, and if all you have is one gigantic dragon and lands, you lose nothing
All that said, I feel like Id want to be in the +1/+1 counter deck to want this insect, but it should perform very well in that home
Additionally, the ability to prevent non-flyers from blocking for a turn is a sneaky way to swing at someone for lethal damage by taking blockers out of play
