Where this card shines is in decks that want to turbo out powerful, non-Artifact cards as quickly as possible
If the coin comes up tails, the original spell or ability sees the result of the roll as 1
If the binder bends, then your cards will bend with it
Able to swiftly build up a board of beefy creatures, ping opponents with burn damage, or take to the skies and kill with a few good hits with a commander, this deck has all sorts of roads to victory
The natural result is a play pattern that is nearly always one-sided and oppressive
But the biggest three losses were Black Vise, Ivory Tower and The Rack, but they were restricted in Type II tournaments of that time anyway, so it wasnt a huge loss
