The game desperately needs more things to keep players interested in the lulls when there's not a major event or a significant incentive to log in more than twice a day to open cards

This won't be perfect against every Deck, especially since it doesn't work against monsters Special Summoned from the Extra Deck, but against Decks that use some sort of setup through Main Deck monsters will at the very least get annoyed by this card
