psa pokemon cards opinion. Should I get this one graded? It is pretty not centered though so idk if it's worth it. I've seen some way off center get psa 10 before but PSA 10 vs TAG 10

While Ragavan may look like a card that aggro decks would love, it plays much more like Deathrite Shaman than Goblin Guide

Especially in colors not including Black or Green, these effects often represent the best way to access permanent types that aren't tutorable within the commander's colors

Seeing as you need another legendary creature in play to take advantage of The Animus, this card will go best in decks that are stacked with a ton of legendary creatures that have powerful activated abilities or triggers
