It doesn't copy whether that creature is tapped or untapped, whether it has any counters on it or Auras attached to it, or any non-copy effects that have changed its power, toughness, types, color, or so on

In general, if you find a Mew card you should hang onto it they often pick up value down the line

I'm hesitant to mention counterdrafting in Level One because it's a relatively unimportant aspect of Booster Draft
