When you draw seven new cards, players have a tendency to do obscene things that often end with effects along the lines of win the game
Rhox Faithmender can hit the field before Boon Reflection, and has innate lifelink to start capitalizing on that doubling ability immediately
Most of the power in this deck comes from cost adjustment, making Hero creatures cheaper to cast, and synergizing this with the Captain America, Team Leader ability, which gives them Vigilance and Haste until the end of the turn, while then putting a +1/+1 counter on both the creature and Captain America
Burn decks can deal out loads of damage but against combo decks, decks that can gain infinite life, decks chock full of counterspells, and the challenge of contending with multiple opponents, mono-red burn is widely considered weaker than many other types of Commander decks
Theres not a whole lot more to say here, other than that Fable of the Mirror-Breaker fulfills a similar role in the early game but is ultimately a little more fragile
