Getting loyalty counters from landfall triggers gives Nissa an intriguing way to grow and makes it hard for your opponents to pressure it while you make land drops
It has one of the highest cost-to-pump ratios on a board full of enchantments, and first strike makes the enchanted creature virtually unstoppable in combat
Sealed Product Sealed means the item is still in its original factory packaging and hasnt been opened or tampered with
(I also love that artwork too!) Oh, and this was true of the first Portal set as well as many strong cards from it were reprinted almost immediately, like Gravedigger, Thundermare, Alabaster Dragon, Raging Goblin, or Natural Spring as well as draft standards like Mind Rot, Volcanic Hammer, or Breath of Life which was a cheaper version of Resurrection in White, and then others that were reprinted here and there later, like the afore-mentioned Ebon Dragon, or Endless Cockroaches and Gift of Estates
However, that does not mean this card isn't absolutely desirable to many, many collectors
That's red ramp and powerful card advantage all in one, you just have to descend enough to get the Tunnel-Grinder flipped in the first place
