If the turn player already has five or more cards in their hand, they draw one
Its a lot easier to generate counters on some permanents than others, and so being able to redistribute them in partial amounts (without relying on dumping them all on the Ozolith when stuff dies) unlocks some nice gameplay synergies
The currently strongest decks are those centered around Mewtwo-ex and Pikachu-ex, so you should invest in these two boosters for PvP
Run card draw and recursive value if that is what you want
Heatmor is a small but crucial part of this deck, acting as a decent source of chip damage in the earlier stages of a match and allowing for Cyrus to come into play via Benched damage
Shane Sundial of the Infinite has some strange interactions with things on the stack at the end of the turn, although anyone who's been around Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker long enough is bound to see it at work
