Even without the protection, a +3/+3 stat boost is nothing to scoff at
Ugin's Binding is nuts, especially if youre doing some self-mill, even if youre just using some of the 100ish colorless artifacts that cost 7+
That format also features plenty of good equipment cards and Auras to protect Aragorn and Arwen, Wed for repeated combat steps to keep triggering its powerful ability
But if you want to do that, its an ability thats probably great in Commander/Brawl
