First, three-mana planeswalkers tend to be a whole lot better than four-mana planeswalkers
Enchanted creature can't become untapped and can't have counters put on it
Even a PSA 10 card can be relatively inexpensive if its readily available and not in high demand
While it wont be worth anything crazy, that particular card is a reprint from an older set and could carry with it some interest among Charizard collectors
