I tend to like this type of Commander for new players, since he naturally will make a lot of mediocre spells really solid by just...stapling card draw to their damage effects

There are 33 mechanically new cards, meaning that they are brand new to the game, and we have never had a card with that name or exact ability/statistics in any previous set

This card might take the prize for having the most on-the-nose name, but its a very powerful effect and one that only gets better as more artifacts get released
