The idea of hurling as many instants and sorceries at your opponents as possible to bury them beneath a ton of value is fun
The good news is that in the right deck, Unpredictable Cyclone is still very powerful when played fairly, allowing you to cast expensive spells for just the one or two mana it costs to cycle a card while also getting around normal timing restrictions by allowing you to cast creatures and sorceries during your opponent's turn (if you cycle into them)
This is like the most literal battlecruiser commander and y'all need to play more of those games
And obviously, the card makes Peter Pans easier to catch
The best way to utilize this planeswalker is to: Play Jace, Mirror Mage Pay the kicker price (2 mana) Create a copy of Jace, Mirror Mage with 1 loyalty counter Activate the first ability on the copy to scry and determine the next card draw Activate the second ability on the original Jace, Mirror Mage to draw a card and keep both planeswalkers in play You can repeat this pattern each turn, intertwining the roles of both Jace planeswalkers
