If a permanent with an ability that triggers "at the beginning of the end step" enters during your first end step, that ability won't trigger during that end step, but it will trigger during your second end step
One of my favorites is the Crypt Ghast thing, where you make all your lands tap for more than they should, or the Cabal Coffers thing, where you have some way of generating a bunch of mana using some specific combination of cards
Im just glad she costs seven mana the first time, as every time after that shell probably be triggering off of Ephemerate or Ghostly Flicker
