Then there are three or four cost ones like Read the Bones that add an effect like digging four (Bitter Revelation) or scrying two (Read the Bones)
Whats interesting, though, is that outside of a few cards that can fish instants and sorceries out of the graveyard, blue struggles with casting these cards again and again
Commander decks also benefit, with outlaw legends and crime payoffs creating fun synergies in the Commander format
One thing Ill say is that your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man is in the right colors for a character who draws strength from his community
