It can go dead in the late game, but its much less likely to than something like Spell Pierce because, with four players, you regularly get turns with very high storm counts, especially when someones trying to win

What makes this very strong is that you can flash it back for no mana, instead sacrificing three creatures

This makes it a slightly more mechanically complex set than others in Standard, although the smaller number of cards definitely helps keep that in check

This was an old proxy, very easy to detect (extremely lighter and missing the blue core)
