Outside of untap effects, Gogo, Master of Mimicry can also create two-card infinite turns combos with Magistrates Scepter

While theres a smattering of support cards found here for say Merfolk or Goblins, theres not close to enough to support a 100-card singleton deck

It tends to be a little bit lackluster in Limited, but it still basically works as a Manalith with a bit of upside which isnt the worst card imaginable

The issue with it is card disadvantage and inconsistency
