That might not sound too great, but it essentially puts your opponent on a six-turn timer to get rid of Trevenant BREAK, otherwise all of their Pokemon will (probably) be dead after taking 180 damage
While most of the deck is cheap, just one copy of Craterhoof Behemoth and a playset of Heritage Druid costs around $50, and there isn't really any way to cut either from the deck and still have Combo Elves work

Also, you must still have at least one Basic Pokmon in your deck if you otherwise only have Pokmon LEGENDs in your deck
