It does what it says on the tin, and will likely be a bomb option in limited play, where you can basically eliminate any creature you want with instant speed
The cold, composed aesthetic contrasts with more energetic Eeveelutions
The only drawback to its use in Standard is that it's a pricey card, costing five mana
