My line of thought back then was its better to have a card in hand I want to cast, than have a creature or land Im not currently using, and while weve seen similar effects printed since then, most of those will be two mana or more (outside of Village Rites)
Also, my impression is that people love Iroh, which means I love Iroh
The black and white ones are the most sought after, and most expensive, because these colors have the least MTG mana ramp cards
Big split between Raker and Lurrus decks
Turn five isn't always the right time to start ramping, but doubling your mana is always powerful and enables plenty of fun plays
A near mint card should have basically no wear or scuffing, no bent corners, no whitening on the edges, and very little damage of any kind
