Endless One is a consideration, since it scales, but without Hardened Scales, casting it early as a 1/1 or a 2/2 is very underwhelming
I feel like the significant mana costs and overall less value-happy orientation of activated abilities have kept this artifact from becoming a popular darling, but the power is undeniable
