Players would run this card alongside Cascade effects, Cascade into Valki and then actually play Tibalt, cheating in a seven mana planeswalker that could draw cards, remove dangers, and threaten an ultimate that would give you all the options you could possibly need
But I miss in the reprint section: cards from Jungle en Fossil, Gym leader cards, e-cards, SL-cards from Col, Shiny Pokemon from DPPt and BW, maybe an Arceus and Rotom card, dont forget a cards from de LTR/Gen subset and Tag Team Pokemon
I really like Chandra, and I think even in the non-Burn red decks, I would play a few copies in the sideboard as a card to bring in against midrange and control decks
