Also, reconsidering what Haru-Shadow said, I'm considering one of the following changes (I think I may have been too stringent with this card's design): Remove the discard-a-card cost, but keep the effect at once per turn

Theres a lot of copies out there and while it does see light play in the older formats, theres enough of them so that a big jump in price is pretty unlikely
