This is what I want to see out of an Omen card, where one half is strong on its own (the creature side), but there are plenty of times you are happy playing the Omen side

Your goal is to flood the board with bears, triggering Ayula's ability every time a bear enters the battlefield to either put +1/+1 counters on your creatures or have them fight your opponents' creatures

Its worth noting that this card only imposes a tax, as opposed to turning them off completely

Throw in cards like Strionic Resonator and Kardur Doomscourge, and you can just sit back and watch your opponents duke it out

Flickering is especially good here because you can use it to bypass another warped creatures delayed exile trigger
