You can typically get a decent amount of initial value in the form of damage to stuff in play from them and so even if they are dealt with you are not behind in tempo

The image used for this playtest card was taken from comic anthology Epic Illustrated #32 and the card includes a League Stamp on the back with a pen-marked "X" through the League Stamp

As a 2/2 with vigilance, that's respectable, and the one time effects are fine too, I just don't think there's really a deck out there that's going to want to take advantage of either one
