And as with all bears, straying from the 2/2 power and toughness makes it less viable in Duskana or Kudo decks

Then there's Liberator, Urza's Battlethopter, a troop carrier that starts out with power 1 and costs 3 mana, but gets a +1/+1 token whenever you cast something that costs more mana than it

It's restrictive enough it can be played around, and it might make Vigilance in aggressive decks more desirable, but in any scenario it's the kind of sweeper that makes the format more interesting
