Casting from the top of the Library effectively adds to your hand, and by tapping two Creatures of any power level and paying a single green mana, Eladamri can put a potentially huge threat onto the field without paying its regular casting cost
Winged Words is functionally incredibly similar to Chart a Course and I have a slight preference for the new card, especially now that you have access to an additional flying one-drop, as the card is a better Turn 3 play alongside a one-drop and plays better than Chart a Course does when youre holding your Tempest Djinn back on defence
Indeedee EX and Sylveon EX are some of the best ones to pair in this deck, with some card drawing options like Prof Research, Poke Ball, Lisia and more
Silver Tempest set features the legendary Pokemon Lugia heavily, which was a generation II Pokemon and even had it's own movie made for it (Pokemon: The Power Of One)
What makes it so valuable is how rare it is, especially since there are actually two versions of this, one with red cheeks (the original) and one with yellow cheeks (changed by WOTC)
