ATK is exactly 2000 for level 6, which is a little unreliable, but it's not impossible to operate as an attacker
Not only do the cards remain available forever, but you can simply attack with a token even if Neyali isnt in play in order to regain access to them
It reads: At the beginning of your end step, if one or more creatures died this turn, you gain that much life and distribute that many +1/+1 counters among creatures you control. Basically, if youre playing a deck that kills things or sacrifices your own creatures, especially in token decks, you get a lot of life and can make your creatures stronger
