I could maybe see this being played as a two-of in the 4- and 5-colorc control decks in Modern, and it may even break into the multicolored decks in Pioneer as well

While Bankbuster is a rather mana-intensive draw spell, it works perfectly in a deck that's holding up removal mana on a lot of turns

We're also adding Mickey Mouse, Food Fight Defender , a sticky one-cost that will help us spread damage around without getting himself banished

From an artwork standpoint, this card isnt my favorite

Infect already plays Pendelhaven to do something similar, but giving +2/+1 is so much better than giving +1/+2 that The Seedcore seems like an easy replacement
