Murderous Rider is a great card to have access to since it allows us to play premium removal and maintain a card with high devotion count, and Midnight Reaper helps all the pieces come together

For five mana, this Artifact lets you pay two mana and tap it to roll a dice, then you have to subtract the number of cards in your hand from the result, and if the result of that is 0, you have to discard your hand

Worst case (like with Archangel Avacyn), you can save a full $10 by opting for the Prerelease card instead of the set foil
