I didnt think too much of Rekindling Phoenix when I first read the card, but I think that was mostly my biases towards the previous Phoenix cards that havent panned out in Standard

In my opinion this card is worth considering for decks that would allow it to attack realistically, but I dont expect it to see a ton of play
