Phelia being able to exile both your opponent's permanents to do things like removing blockers, or your own permanents, to take advantage of their "enters" abilities and put +1/+1 counters on Phelia, makes her incredibly versatile
How much life are you willing to pay to gain control of that beater
The card also shines in multiples, which allows you to make plenty of Bats on your turns
The card may have one or more heavy creases
The card isnt exactly bad , but unless I had ways to grant evasion, and/or token doublers, Id be hesitant to run this
Until then, we just need to keep demanding Creatures (21) 2 Birds of Paradise 2 Kitchen Finks 4 Arbor Elf 3 Inferno Titan 1 Obstinate Baloth 1 Thrun, the Last Troll 2 Huntmaster of the Fells 1 Thragtusk 2 Stormbreath Dragon 3 Tireless Tracker Planeswalkers (3) Lands (22) Spells (14) G/R Ponza decks all look weird at first glance, but they have a bunch of strange elements that all blend together to make something delicious
